How's it going, everybody? Welcome back. Okay, so you're having trouble with packet loss, and you're trying to maybe reduce that packet loss any way you can. So I've got a few ways that you can try to do that. So I'll go through them one by one. And some of these can be as simple as just restarting your router, or maybe using a VPN. Anyways, we'll get straight into this. Now the first thing I would recommend, is, first of all, use a wired connection if possible, instead of wireless while playing online games, this is one of the most important things to do when playing a game online. Always use a wired connection. This way, you'll be eliminating any potential delay coming from your Wi Fi connection, which is never going to be as reliable as your wired connection. Another thing you want to do is make sure that you're let's go to the NVIDIA driver here, go to your GeForce Experience, because sometimes that can cause some delays in the framerate not necessarily connection but framerate connection. And make sure you know, just click Check for updates and make sure that your driver is fully updated. So what you want to do is go to CMD, or command prompt and type IP config. Forward slash flush DNS, and once you click that, now, I'm not really going to do that I don't need to do that I'm not having any ping issues. So you can do that, obviously, and this will flush your DNS cache and you'll receive a message that they've successfully been flushed. And what you can do to make sure of that is go to resource monitor, actually, resource monitor, launch that and obviously do not eliminate anything that you're not sure about. But we can do is simply eliminate chrome exe, because that tends to take a lot of bandwidth, you can just end the process or suspend it. But do not do that for any other application. Otherwise, you might risk crashing your device. So unless you know what you're doing, do not mess with anything except for Chrome dot exe. And again, you can switch to the game server you're playing on, but some games don't offer that. And we are at the final solution for the day potential solution. And this works quite well which is obviously by using a VPN and if you're on Steam for example, let's say you want to connect to express VPN, you go to settings. Of course, they all do work remarkably well with gaming. By the way, if you're looking for loping gaming, so the best performing protocol will be Nord links with Nord VPN. And finally, with Surf shark, that'll be the wireguard protocol. No matter which one you choose, just make sure you're selecting these protocols.
