The AMD R5-7640U doesn't seem to have a lot of coverage and performance numbers. Most of the info out there regards the R7-7840U. In this video I pit the Framework 13 AMD against the Dell XPS 15 9500. Take a look at what you might expect for Productivity and Gaming benchmark numbers from this Ryzen 5 chip in this Framework Laptop 13 AMD.

Quick Specs:
Display: 13.5" 3:2 2256x1504 400nit matte LCD
CPU: Ryzen 5 7640U @ 4.9GHz 6-core/12-thread
Storage: 2TB Solidigm P41 Plus Gen 4 NVME
RAM: 32GB Crucial DDR5-5600 CL46 Kit
Graphics: Radeon 760M iGPU 8CU
Weight: 1.3kg

NOTE: At 18:40 about that Forza Motorsport freezeup. I have a new Adrenalin driver that I will test in a later video and see if it still occurs. That freezeup/lockup happened every time I tried to run a race.

Battery Life blurb:
Configuration: Running Balanced performance profile from Windows. In AMD Adrenalin-Disabled Vari-Bright
-8:30AM to 10:00AM at 30% brightness. Battery was at 84% then it was put to sleep after idling for 30 minutes.

-Resumed from sleep, then it had light use, 3 RDP sessions and web browsing with Brave browser, no videos being watched and no gaming. SoC Temp was at 42C as it was resting on my lap (vents partially blocked) Fan was not audible, barely running. Temps were not too hot.

-11:40AM switched to 60% brightness. Streamed the Vikings game. At this point battery is at 68%. Temp rose to 44C still no audible fan. Keyboard was cool and comfortable. Vents are not being blocked now.

-12:30PM battery is now at 55%. Continuing with the 11:40AM setup.
-1:30PM battery is now at 38% same setup.
-2:30PM battery is now at 21% same setup. Switching between Full Screen and windowed as I did some other browsing tasks.

-3:15PM battery is at 9% - Power Saving mode was activated by Windows default at 20%. Concluded my test at this point and did NOT run battery down to 0%
