While it's possible Sony and Rockstar have reached an agreement for Grand Theft Auto 6 PS5 exclusivity, it isn't likely. ... Just because GTA 5 on next-gen consoles was revealed at a Sony PS5 Showcase doesn't mean future titles will be exclusive to PlayStation 5.
The next big PS5 and Xbox Series X exclusive has yet to materlise but gamers have been very forward regarding what franchises they want to see return on next gen ps5.
And with the GTA 6 release date now destined for next-gen consoles, it means that Grand Theft Auto will be skipping over the PS4 and Xbox One.
