Region free Turbo Express! Repairing a badly damaged Turbo Express and adding region free gaming!

This week we received a badly damaged Turbo Express that was almost ruined by failed mod attempts. Can we bring this thing back to life and give it some quality of life upgrades? On this week's Fix it Friday, we repair all the damage from a failed mod attempt, add a modern screen, and make the Turbo Express region free with Kytor Industries new region free board!

EDIT: I have since learned that Pin 29 of the Hu6280 must be soldered to ground - this is needed for both the PC Engine GT AND the Turbo Express. Doing this will get Turbochip games to work properly.
