This time I restored & repaired the Original Xbox Controller. It is quite dirty both inside and outside and that won't turn on and that is yellowed. I bought this controller as junk from a junkyard for only $1.
I started the restoration with disassembly. The shell is closed with seven screws, I also removed the sticker with isopropyl alcohol so I can reapply it once I'm finished.
I feel the controller is very simple compared to the PlayStation 2 controller, even though the original controller is not quite as advanced as the DualShock I've restored on this channel. Just a few screws holding the case closed.
